本課程將以中國與西方主要國家為例，從國際比較的角度介紹和探討與國家行政有關的各種議題。主題包括(但不限於)政治文化、制度與行政、官僚結構與招聘、治理與公共政策以及公共部門改革。 In this course, we will introduce and explore a variety of subjects related to the general administration of countries from an international comparative perspective, using China and major Western countries as examples. The topics include (but are not limited to) political culture, institutions and administration, bureaucratic structures and recruitment, governance and public policy, and public sector reforms.

CILO-1: Identify key points of the public organizational theories and analyze the administrative structure and features of both Macao and Hong Kong SAR Governments. CILO-2: Summarize the major efficiency theories in public administration and have a comparative analysis of both Macao and Hong Kong SAR Governments. CILO-3: Discuss the major public policy-making theories and have a comparative analysis of both Macao and Hong Kong SAR Governments. CILO-4: Communicate the importance and limitations of studies on public administration of both Macao and Hong Kong SAR Governments.
