Course Description
This course introduces the theoretical and empirical research of cognitive processes. The course covers the fundamental concepts and theories of thinking and levels of mental processes of how human mind works (and fails to work) such as how we perceive, attend, remember (or forget), think and reason.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Relate key research findings in cognitive psychology to relevant learning and cognitive theories discussed in the course, applying them to specific topics such as cognitive neuroscience, sensation and perception, attention, memory, language, and problem-solving.
