The main objective of this course is the development of oral skills in Portuguese through listening and production tasks from the preceding elementary proficiency level to a lower intermediary level.

CILO-1: Identify clear standard oral input provided by the teacher and other speakers. CILO-2: Interpret authentic oral texts produced by native Portuguese speakers from different varieties. CILO-3: Interpret everyday interactive contexts and communicate accordingly. CILO-4: Compose monologues and dialogues reporting on experiences and events. CILO-5: Create oral interactions to express opinions, plans, hopes, and expectations in a fluent, clear and structured manner.
