Course Description
The course focuses on a specific topic of current interest which may be drawn from one or more of several different philosophical fields. Students will be presented with an in-depth analysis of the selected topic, and of its philosophical significance within philosophy and across cognate disciplines.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Identify key features of a specific philosophical topic.
CILO-2: Master appropriate conceptual and linguistic tools for analyzing/ producing a topic-related philosophical argument.
CILO-3: Express themselves in academic forms and enhance their understanding of interdisciplinary approaches to philosophical problems.
