Course Description
This course enables students to gain an understanding of the basic concepts in product management, to develop decision-making skills by applying these concepts to real-life problems as well as an awareness of the latest tools, techniques, and research in product management.
Intended Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, students should be able to:
1. Gain an understanding of the basic concepts in product management with an emphasis on innovation management and new product development;
2. Develop decision-making skills by applying these concepts to real-life problems; and
3. Be aware of the tools, techniques, and research in product management.
