Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with a broad perspective on the practice of managerial leadership and organizational life in the global arena. It enables students to further enhance the leadership skill in their business operation. Besides, the course presents frameworks for explaining human behavior in the workplace. Through these frameworks, students will be intellectually equipped with tools to manage employees, work teams, and organizations effectively. Topics include basic attributes of individuals, theories of motivation, job design and work arrangements, group development and processes, organizational structure and design, organizational culture and organizational change.
