Course Description
This seminar course aims to deepen the students’ understanding on the latest trends pertaining to organizational behavior (OB) and human resource management (HRM) research. It focuses on specific topics in contemporary OB/HRM research, and strengthens students’ competence in critically challenging existing literature, synthesizing different theoretical perspectives, and developing their own research streams.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Describe comprehensively the current literature of the selected OB/HRM topics.
CILO-2: Evaluate current literature.
CILO-3: Identify new research directions of selected OB/HRM topics.
