This course aims to introduce to students the business consultancy industry, approaches of diagnosing and analysing business situations, and ways to develop effective solutions to business problems.

CILO-1: Describe the major frameworks and approaches in business consulting. CILO-2: Apply consultancy techniques in solving business problems. CILO-3: Manage business consultancy projects and relationship with clients. CILO-4: Demonstrate the communication, analytical, and presentation skills which are essential for business consultants.
