Course Description
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge, critical thinking skills and understanding to make ethically sound business judgments and decisions when faced with complex and difficult problems. In this course, students will have an opportunity to build a strong foundation for their own ethical development as a citizen, employee, manager or corporate leader.

CILO-1: Explain the concepts of major ethical theories and principles.
CILO-2: Identify the potential ethical problems happened in the society.
CILO-3: Evaluate ethical issues from different ethical perspectives.
CILO-4: Identify the different stakeholders, and how organizations and stakeholders affect each other.
CILO-5: Identify the different corporate social responsibilities of companies.
