CILO-1: Students will be able to get an overview of the history and current status of Chinese Private Law. CILO-2: Students will be able to define the Chinese Civil Code systematically and to compare them with related topics/areas. CILO-3: Students will be able to see through the fundamental theoretical disputes in Chinese Private Law. CILO-4: Students will be able to analyze hard cases according to Chinese Private Law, and to do independent research in the area of Chinese Private Law based on their interests.
