Relevant issues in criminal procedure, such as: phases of the criminal procedure; principles ruling the criminal procedure; participants in the criminal procedure, their roles, powers and responsibilities; special criminal procedures; criminal evidence; appeals.

CILO-1: Students will be able to critically analyze topics related with criminal law lato sensu. CILO-2: Students will be able to develop research skills related with criminal law lato sensu. CILO-3: Students will be able to develop ability to debate about any topic within the realm of criminal law. CILO-4: Students will be able to develop the ability to understand the major differences in the historical development of national and international criminal law.
