Course Description
Special contracts: sale, donation, lease, lend, mandate, gaming and betting, transaction and others. Developments in property law: land law, security interests in real property. Developments in family law: filiation and assisted procreation, protection of minors, marriage and matrimonial property, civil union, alimony. Developments in inheritance law: testate succession. New civil law issues.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to develop their theoretical and practical knowledge in the themes elected for each edition of the course of Civil Law.
CILO-2: Students will be able to prepare special contracts: as sale, donation, lease, lend, mandate, gaming and betting, transaction and others.
CILO-3: Students will be able to identify property law, as land law, security interests in real property.
CILO-4: Students will be able to relate family law; as filiation and assisted procreation, protection of minors, marriage and matrimonial property, civil union, alimony. To underline inheritance law, as legal and testate succession. It is also expected the development of their theoretical and practical knowledge in themes of Civil Law from a comparative perspective.
