Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to identify the main advantages of arbitration and its main differences from other methods of solving disputes, namely civil procedure.
CILO-2: Students will be able to ability to discuss and apply the main principles of arbitration including autonomy, independence and minimal judicial intervention.
CILO-3: Students will be able to draft arbitral clauses, the application of institutional arbitral rules and how to constitute an arbitral tribunal.
CILO-4: Students will be able to identify and understand the main rules applicable to arbitral proceedings including the interaction between judicial proceedings and arbitral proceedings.
