Course Description
This course is designed to encourage students to participate in seminars organized by the FLL to enrich their legal knowledge from a broad perspective. The seminar is regarded as being a 45 credit hour course. Students are required to attend a minimum of ten seminars organized by the FLL during an academic year. Each seminar is considered to be 3-hour session of class. 15 credit hours are allowed for students to do preparation before the seminar and self-study after the seminar. 50% of the assement for the course is based on the attendance record, and the rest is based the paper submitted by students during the relevant academic year.
Intended Learning Outcomes
Participants shall be able to critically apply the different legal issues discussed in the course, to compare and link them with related topics/areas and to do independent research in the areas of their interest and specialization.
