Course Description
This course can help students to understand the basic elements of learning and applying to the law: standardization; sociality; logicality; definability; finality; sense of justice. This course introduces students to the basic skills of public speaking and debate. It examines the functions, elements, types and roles of public speaking. Through lectures and practices, students learn essential skills in writing, speaking and debating that engage a public audience.
Intended Learning Outcomes
Participants shall be able to critically apply the different legal issues discussed in the course.
