Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to relate the basic concepts and theories of state, ‘the political’, law, rights, different political systems, and structures of the state.
CILO-2: Students will be able to define, and critically and normatively analyse and evaluate, political phenomena, institutions, and activities from law’s perspective.
CILO-3: Students will be able to express, and critically analyse and evaluate, the operations of law from non-legal and broad perspectives: for example, law and sovereignty, law and recognition, law and morality, law and justice, etc.
