刑法學課程目標的是讓學生在本科學階段了解和掌握大陸法系刑法理論的基礎知識

Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to elaborate the system, structure and content of the criminal Law theory.
CILO-2: Students will be able to identify when law is applicable and which law shall be applicable as well when dealing with issues related to law in space and time.
CILO-3: Students will be able to interpret 2 out of 5 elements that compose a crime, such as the so-called action and type, including objective and subjective aspects of the latter.
