CILO-1: Students will be able to elaborate the system, structure and content of the criminal Law theory. CILO-2: Students will be able to identify when law is applicable and which law shall be applicable as well when dealing with issues related to law in space and time. CILO-3: Students will be able to interpret 2 out of 5 elements that compose a crime, such as the so-called action and type, including objective and subjective aspects of the latter.
