Course Description
This course will explain comprehensively and systematically the basic concepts, basic principles, and basic theories of administrative law, and familiarize students with the laws (i.e. currently legally valid norms) and the practice of administrative law in China. It will demonstrate to students how to use these norms and principles to solve administrative issues or disputes by means of analysis of real-life cases.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to elaborate the general structure and operation of the administrative branch of Chinese government.
CILO-2: Students will be able to comprehend the requirements imposed by Chinese law on the administrative branch of the Chinese government.
CILO-3: Students will be able to practice administrative law in China, and build the ability of solving administrative disputes between the government and citizens or enterprises.
