The main objective of these courses is to provide the basic skills on Putonghua, both spoken and written. Chinese Culture shall also be part of the programme.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to accurately distinguish between the four tones of Pinyin.
CILO-2: Students will be able to count from 100 to 1000 in Hanyu.
CILO-3: Students will be able to proficiently input Pinyin on a keyboard for word typing and write simple characters by hand.
