1. The autonomy of public sphere.

3. The crisis of State: regionalism and globalization.
Chapter II. From Constitutionality to Inter-constitutionality.
1. The hierarchical and normative scheme of the constitution of the supervising state.
2. The binding inter-constitutionality of the supervised State.
3. Democracy and rule of law.
Chapter III. Comparative Constitutional Law.
1. The Portuguese constitutional experience.
2. The Chinese constitutional experience.
3. The evolution of Macao autonomic status.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Students will be able to elaborate a critical and up-to-date analysis of the topics mentioned in the course description.
CILO-2: Students will be able to underline the basic concepts and main principles of constitutional law, and establish a solid legal foundation for constitutional law.
CILO-3: Students will be able to identify the method of analysing problems, improve the ability to analyse problems, and be able to use the legal knowledge learned to solve practical problems.
