This course applies various theories to explore the functions of information and technology within diverse organizations and markets, as well as their role in facilitating the development of new organizational structures. The course focuses on quantitative research methodologies within information systems. It comprises three main components: Methodology, Information Systems (IS) Research Topics, and Writing and Publishing.

CILO-1: Develop the skills and mindset necessary to think and act as an academic professional. CILO-2: Acquire the ability to conduct a comprehensive literature review to support and inform a research question. CILO-3: Gain a deep understanding of rigorous methodologies and develop the ability to apply them effectively in research settings. CILO-4: Develop the skills to critically evaluate and provide constructive critiques of academic research works. CILO-5: Attain the proficiency to write high-quality research papers in the field of Information Systems.
