This courses aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills in conducting research for the hospitality industry. Students will be able to diagnose and identify research problems, collect relevant quantitative and qualitative data, propose alternatives and solutions, and report recommendation to business professionals in the hospitality industry. The ability for students to conduct research and analysis will be enhanced as an outcome from this module.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Finish a business research report in a team utilizing the research methods they have learnt in the course. 2. Diagnose and identify research problems, collect relevant quantitative and qualitative data, propose alternatives and solutions, and report recommendation to business professionals in the hospitality industry.
