Course Description
This course aims to provide comprehensive hospital management theories and methods, empowering students to master human, financial, material, information, time, and other resources at the hospital. By doing so, they can achieve optimal benefits from management activities. Hospital management is an excellent career choice for individuals who aspire to handle administrative and managerial roles in healthcare institutes. Furthermore, Hospital Management prepares students to manage various hospital-related tasks, such as ensuring that all departments function smoothly, assigning the right people to the appropriate jobs and ensuring that they perform their duties diligently, optimizing resource utilization to achieve common goals in healthcare system. There are two key aspects in this course: (1) to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage healthcare organizations; (2) to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and the role of hospitals in the healthcare system.
