This course aims to provide comprehensive hospital management theories and methods, empowering students to master human, financial, material, information, time, and other resources at the hospital. CILO-1: Describe the nature and mission of the hospital, and review the new progress of domestic and foreign hospital management. CILO-2: Practise the tools and methods commonly used in hospital management. CILO-3: Discuss the legal system related to medical management. CILO-4: Devise plans for hospital management by applying the basic principles, basic tools and management techniques. CILO-5: Develop skills in making critical decisions in managing hospitals.
