Course Description
This course aims to equip students with basic knowledge and general techniques commonly used in Biomedical Science research. Students will learn the scientific jargon, basic biology, and theories associated with each technique so that students can perform and understand common research methods. This course aims to help them with their research, project design, Qualifying Examination and graduate with PhD in “Biomedical Sciences”.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Describe the principle of commonly used techniques in cell biology, molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry, etc.
CILO-2: Practise these frequently used techniques in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, and animal related technology in the research and PhD project and even in the future research work.
CILO-3: Integrate the cutting-edging technologies in the biomedical research, project design, and project conduction.
