Leadership is the ability to positively influence people and motivate them to collaborate for the common good. The course Leadership Skills and Positive Influence aims to build the self-confidence of students, enhance their social and collaborative skills, and provide them with concrete opportunities to demonstrate care and concern for their immediate community. It shall afford various means for students to nurture effective leadership skills, gain meaningful social experiences, and form good attitudes that will enable them to make a positive difference in society.
