The seminar leads the students into a discussion not just about the assessment and the reforms in the EU institutions after the 10 years of the post-Lisbon Treaty era but also the latest issues in the legal and institutional aspects as well as democracy and judicial matters at both the national and Union levels.

CILO-3: Discuss issues about the functioning of EU’s institutional frameworks and features of EU legal order.
