In collaboration with relevant government departments and agencies, private and public companies, and other social organizations, this course provides short-term work placement opportunities in Macao and elsewhere for students in the Department so as to enhance their skills of applying academic knowledge to solve real world problems.

CILO-1: Describe the major process of daily operation of governmental or non-profit organizations. CILO-2: Identify the key knowledge and skills required for the governmental or non-profit organizations. CILO-3: Discuss the major challenges and problems and possible solution, existent in the governmental or non-profit organizations. CILO-4: Write a report on the self-assessment of the performance in the governmental or non-profit organization.
