Course Description
This course introduces the contemporary issues associated with climate change. It explains the processes that impact on the Earth’s climate, including the greenhouse effect; the role of climate in the evolution of ecosystems; the human induced changes that are occurring and their impacts on the environment. The climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies are explored as solutions of climate problems. The course outlines actions governments, industries, and individuals can take to fight climate crisis.
