Course Description
This course introduces the basic theory of corporate finance and the related empirical studies. Various topics in corporate finance might be covered, such as investment, capital structure, dividend policy, financial intermediation, initial and seasoned public offerings, market for corporate control, corporate governance, etc. Empirical econometric tools would also be discussed with related papers in the area of corporate finance.
