Course Description
This is a case-method course in Corporate Finance. Students will learn to make investment and financing decisions in the financial manager perspective and focus on maximizing shareholders’ value. This course provides an in-depth study of financial decision making and the process of value creation.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Apply basic tools of corporate finance (Net present value calculations, cost of capital estimations, methods of evaluating investments and financing choices available to the firm, and others) in case studies settings.
CILO-2: Present a case study in finance.
CILO-3: Solve real world finance cases.
