Course Description
This course covers the structure, functions, operations and regulations of financial markets and institutions. Topics include money market; bond market; stock market; foreign exchange market; commercial banks; mutual funds; pension funds; investment banks; insurance companies and venture capital firms. Upon completion of the course, student will have developed a comprehensive understanding of the fundaments of various financial markets and financial institutions.
