This course is to develop students’ understanding of fundamentals of acoustics and its applications. Through this course students should be capable of modeling and analyzing engineering acoustics problems.

CILO-1: Apply fundamental knowledge on acoustics solve the problems in electromechanical engineering. CILO-2: Identify and analyze engineering acoustics problems with the issues including acoustics wave equation,acoustics impedance, power and intensity, etc. CILO-3: Utilize boundary element method for the applications in engineering acoustics.
