In this course, advanced single-phase heat transfer, such as the heat transfer for non-Newtonian fluid and the multiphase heat transfer, such as the liquid and gas mixture of fossil fuel will be introduced. The momentum and energy transport of the above-mentioned working fluid will be thoroughly covered and their applications, such as those in the biomedical and LNG industries will be explored.
