Course Description
The program provides a thorough review of the impact of sport, recreation and leisure to community and its educational processes to an individual’s leisure lifestyle development. Different theories for leisure and recreational studies are examined. It forms the base to understand the nature, context and relationship of the three aspects in development. The aim is to enhance the growth of a healthy society through various physical and sport activities. The program also focuses on the role and impact of different group dynamic approaches and the awareness of these approaches to professional development in sports, recreation and leisure studies. The course expects to enhance learners’ research abilities in the leisure area with sport and recreation as the main context in study.
