This course addresses concepts, theories and current developments in educational administration. Educational organizations and their leadership, motivation, communication and decision making, as well as their development and effectiveness are examined.
Intended Learning Outcomes
CILO-1: Apply principles and concepts of major theories in education administration to make decisions.
CILO-2: Differentiate assumptions, applications and limitations of major education administration theories.
CILO-3: Interpret, synthesize, and critique empirical research on the practical applications of administrative theories in education.
CILO-4: Develop a research proposal to explain phenomenon or solve problems in education administration by using a-priori or post hoc approaches.
