Following the threads of major curriculum and instruction theories, this course explores curriculum and instructional leadership in practice and theory, schools as learning communities and the innovation of curriculum and school culture for purpose of improving teacher quality and learning effectiveness. CILO-1: Define curriculum and instruction leadership.
CILO-2: Explain how teacher quality and learning effectiveness can be improved through educational leadership and management.
CILO-3: Analyse the current trends of research on curriculum leadership and instructional leadership.
