The aim of this course is to equip the students with the latest theoretical knowledge in multimedia learning, practical skills on computer tools, and a critical understanding of the application and value of IT in teaching and learning so as to allow students to implement, integrate and manage IT in their actual classroom environment.

CILO-1: Review the roles of teachers and learners and how technology changes the tradition style of teaching. CILO-2: Consider integrating Information Technology in teaching and learning as a major change faced by educators. CILO-3: Categorise different roles and uses of Information Technology in Education. CILO-4: Demonstrate proficiency in using internet and multimedia technologies to effectively support and improve their learning and teaching process.
