Course Description
This course aims to investigate visual communication theory, aesthetics, and philosophy related to the formal and perceptual aspects of visual communication. It sheds light on how visual elements communicate and what visual communication expresses through different styles, genres and media. The goal is for doctoral students to develop a holistic understanding of visual communication, which serves as fundamental training for visual communication researchers.
