The course introduces students to the principles and methods of business process management. Topics include business process modeling foundation, process orchestrations, managing process flows, and process discovery techniques.

CILO-1: Apply process modelling techniques, qualitative and quantitative process analysis techniques in business project management. CILO-2: Develop a concept-based approach towards management of business projects. CILO-3: Access and compare different business processing analysing models to manage business projects.
